What does “Information received” mean?
"Information received", "label created" or "pre-transit" means the sender has created a shipping label and the carrier has the shipment details — but hasn't physically scanned the parcel yet.
The first real movement scan comes when the carrier collects it.
What to do
Wait for the pickup scan. If it stays at this status for more than 2–3 business days, the sender may not have dropped it off yet — check with them.
How long it lasts
Usually a few hours to 2 days before pickup.
