What does “Delivery attempted” mean?
"Delivery attempted" (or "attempted delivery / delivery failed") means the courier came but couldn't complete delivery — usually because a signature was needed and no one was home, or access was blocked.
Most carriers retry the next business day or leave pickup instructions.
What to do
Check for a notice or the tracking detail. You can often reschedule, redirect to a pickup point, or authorise a safe-place delivery.

Retry usually next business day; parcels are held several days for pickup.
